Some Fixes (V3.11)

 Game:
 - Game end screen delay reduced to 3 seconds.
 - Fixed an issue with End Game when there was an observer.
 - Farm/Ziggurat now starts with only 1 armor and 0 armor respectively.

 Hero:
 Archer:
 - Fixed a tooltip with Ride Hippogryph.
 - Fixed Hippogryph Rider's final level attack range.
 - Hippogryph Rider's flying height lowered.
 - Arrow Shower channel time reduced to 1 second.
 - Casting time improved.
